Create your AI company brief.

A short document that tells AI who your company is, what you do, and the rules it needs to follow.

What this is

AI does not know your company unless you tell it.

It does not know your destinations, services, clients, suppliers, prices, or rules. If you ask AI to write a proposal without this information, it will only have part of the story.

An AI company brief is a simple document with the important information about your business. People in AI often call this “context” or a “Context Pack.” You do not need to remember those words. Think of it as a short introduction to your company that you give AI before asking it to help.

The difference it makes is not subtle. Without it, “draft a proposal for a 200-person incentive in Portugal” returns tourist-brochure text about pastéis de nata. With it, the draft uses your destinations, your kind of client, your margin rules, and your tone — and skips the things you never sell. Ten minutes of filling this in upgrades every AI answer you get from now on.

How to use it

Fill it in once. Use it whenever you ask AI to help with company work.

01Fill in the questions below using normal language. You do not need perfect wording.
02Copy or download the company brief when you are finished.
03When you start an important task in Claude or ChatGPT, paste the brief into the chat or attach it as a file. Then ask for the task you need help with.
04Update the brief when your services, suppliers, pricing rules, or company information change.

Do not include private guest details, passport or payment information, or confidential contracts unless your company has approved a secure way to use them.

Use this company information to make a useful first draft. Do not invent availability, rates, inclusions, legal terms, or supplier confirmations. When important information is missing, say what needs to be checked instead of guessing.
